1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by PrimeLogic IT Technologies ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Scope of IT Services

PrimeLogic IT Technologies provides software engineering services, including Mobile Application Development, Website Development, WordPress Customization, Automation Development, SaaS Solutions, Unity Development, Shopify Development, and Digital Marketing. Specific scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for each project are defined in the respective client agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a custom contract, upon full payment of project fees, all final custom source code, assets, and deliverables created specifically for the client belong to the client. PrimeLogic IT Technologies retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, proprietary tools, and core developer libraries used across projects.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide clear project requirements, branding assets, and timely feedback.
• Ensure all content provided to us does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or copyright.
• Adhere to agreed payment milestones and schedules.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeLogic IT Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays caused by client response times, third-party API outages, server hosting failures, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
